My Story
I was CEO and COO of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. During my tenure, I rebuilt the operating systems that made that scale possible. I was a part of two company sales, cut costs 47% while improving satisfaction, and built systems that generated $10M+ in new revenue.
I learned: Growth doesn’t break businesses. Bad operating systems do.

Led IIN from Chief Academic Officer → COO → CEO. Rebuilt operating systems at every stage. Earned my MS in Instructional Systems Technology because I wanted to understand how systems should actually be designed.
